Pre-Licensed Professional, MEd, MSW Int
My work is rooted in creating a safe, compassionate space where you will feel seen, heard and understood. Together, we will explore your story gently uncovering the roots of your struggles and developing new ways of coping and relating. With a mix of evidence-based approaches, we will work collaboratively to heal old wounds and build skills that support lasting change. Healing happens when we feel emotionally safe, supported and free to explore who we truly are without judgment. I specialize in working with women and members of the LGTBQ+ community navigating trauma, domestic abuse, anxiety, depression, infertility, reproductive issues, family of origin relational trauma, C-PTSD and difficult life transitions.

I bring over 25 years of experience in child development and a deep understanding of how early experiences shape the way we see ourselves and others. I have studied how the experiences and the relationships we have as children and growing up shapes how we respond, interpret and perceive people’s actions and words, as well as shapes our view of ourselves. Those experiences can lead to unhealthy patterns and relationships, but those experiences don’t define us. Healing is possible, and my goal is to support you in transforming difficult experiences into growth and self-discovery.
As someone who’s walked the path of healing myself, I bring a mix of empathy, lived experience and therapeutic training and I know how powerful it can be to have someone walk beside you with empathy and care. If this sounds like the kind of support you’ve been looking for, I warmly invite you to take the first step toward the life you deserve.
